Forgiveness Technique From Hawaii Heals Emotional and Physical Illness

Enjoy this inspiring post by guest author and creator of The Soulmate Kit, Arielle Ford:

I was reminded the other day of a simple but truly effective method for forgiving, healing, letting go, releasing, recovering, becoming whole, and loving more deeply…it’s in the book ZERO LIMITS by the amazing Joe Vitale, bestselling author of more than 40 books.

In Zero Limits Joe shares the true store of a doctor in Hawaii who healed a hospital full of the criminally insane (and himself and others with all kinds of illnesses: physical, emotional, and spiritual) by silently repeating four phrases:

Please forgive me, I’m sorry, I love you and thank you.

This powerful technique has a long Hawaiian name, Ho’oponopono. The theory is that everything and everyone that comes into your life is a reflection of your own self and your own state. So it is actually yourself you must heal no matter where you see the problem.

You do this by saying repeatedly to the “Divine” the following four phrases:”Please forgive me, I’m Sorry, I love you, and Thank you”, at the same time focusing on the problem to be dealt with.

I have used this technique many times with great success…If you have something in your life that needs healing (and who doesn’t?), give it a try!

Wishing you love, laughter and magical kisses,

Arielle
